Hello Friends & fellow readers,
My 1st article this year ( and also the one and only in the last 4 years)..
Naa Na, i am not dead..just got stuck up with life..
I promise, i shall keep you entertained and updated with my blogs from my ride experiences..
I have read a lot of travelogues varying from Ride for Cause, Leh -Laddakh, K2K, West to East, Saddle Sores, Golden Quadrilateral etc.
As recent as 4th of October 2015, i had a fatal crash, thanks to prayers ,support, love f you all, i am back on my legs and wheels as well.
To begin with,as a child i had always been crazy about bikes and riding bike was another dream come true.
Around the year 2003, I started with my hands on what was available at hand for me, back then was a Bajaj M80 a geared moped.
I thoroughly enjoyed riding it. Slowly i started getting hands-on Yamaha RX135, Bajaj Pulsar 150/180.
Post schooling in Aurangabad, i came to Mumbai for studies, although that need for bike had disappeared.
But riding a bike was still a hobby i always tried to practice & kept it to myself.
Soon, after completing my graduation in 2011, i begun to work. Being in my 1st job i was always excited to discuss bikes whenever i could get chance.
And then, i came across some amazing folks i have met so far in my life. Ninad, Suraj, Abdullah, Hitesh and the entire gang at Nokia I never told you guys but you all always held will hold a special place in my heart and life.
The gang with whom i had my 1st long ride,a ride to Lonavala in rains of 2013.
Feb 2013- The best phase of my life and the routine life had got a fresh lease of "life".
Got my bike,a daily commuter Honda CB-Unicorn(the 150cc bike) Black Color.
And ever since then bike rides have been always on top of the plan,a fun.
From every Sunday's early morning small rides on NH8 for chai and breakfast, to Marine Drive / Aksa had it all..with Jimit.
But then there's a old saying- "Life is what happens, when you are busy planning"
And the same happened with me too, i had no plans to be a crazy hardcore biker or rider for that matter. But destiny had different plans for me.
The #IBW #SMW #ChaiPakoda Ride of 2014, was another milestone in my life.
I saw many clubs that day, from Yamaha, BAC, BBC, RE,SSC and list go on.
But then team BBC got my attention for thier co-ordination, their formation & most of all for their unity (and trust me they stand by in your worst..more to come on that in a later post)
And then post the IBW event, i came home and was busy in routine, but then i remembered the group and tracked them through FB.
Well, thats pretty much how i got into the BBC Family
It was October 2014, my entry into BBC Family with the Ride to Jawahar, and now BBC family has become a part of my life.
Whats next??
Well,Coming up is my article on Malshej Ride with BBC.
